Jai Prakash University (JPU), Chapra has released the official notification for Online Spot Admission for Regular Undergraduate (UG) / Graduation / Degree Courses (B.A / B.Sc / B.Com) for the Academic Session 2026-30. This is a 4-year programme under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS). The Spot Admission process has started on 06 October 2026 and the last date to apply is 08 October 2026. Eligible candidates who have already registered earlier but did not get admission in previous rounds can apply for the remaining vacant seats. The application fee for all categories is Rs. 500/- which can be paid online through Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking. Candidates who have passed Intermediate (I.A. / I.Sc. / I.Com) or +2 from Bihar School Examination Board or any equivalent recognized National / State Board are eligible to apply as per the course-wise criteria. Selection is based on merit list prepared from the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. After the Spot Admission window, the merit list will be released on 09 October 2026 and final admission with document verification will be conducted from 10 to 12 October 2026 at the allotted colleges. Interested candidates should check the college-wise and subject-wise vacant seats, fill their preferences carefully and complete the process through the official Samarth portal before the deadline.
