Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Muzaffarpur (BRABU) has officially released the notification for Under Graduate (UG) Spot Admission 2026-30 for BA, B.Com and B.Sc courses under the 4-year degree programme based on Choice Based Credit System (CBCS). The university has also released the 5th merit list for admission in Graduation courses. Spot Admission process has started from 06 October 2026 and the last date to apply is 08 October 2026. Interested candidates who have passed Intermediate or equivalent examination can apply online through the UMIS Portal. The online application process for the main admission started on 04 May 2026 and the last date was 25 May 2026. Merit lists were released in multiple rounds including 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th merit lists. Application fee is Rs. 600 for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 300 for SC and ST candidates. Eligibility requires passing Intermediate (I.A./I.Sc./I.Com or +2) from Bihar School Examination Board or any equivalent recognized board. Selection is purely based on merit list prepared by the university. Candidates need to register on the UMIS portal, fill the form, upload required documents and pay the fee. After merit list release, selected candidates must report to the allotted college with original documents for final admission.
