The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), Patna has officially released the Private College Merit List for taking admission in Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) for the two years course program for session 2026-28 through Combined Entrance Examination-2026. The Private College Merit List was released on 03 October 2026 and the entrance exam was held from 08 to 22 June 2026. All interested candidates can now download the Private College Merit List from the given link. The online application process started on 11 December 2025 and the last date to apply and pay the fee was 24 January 2026. Candidates must have passed Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 50 percent marks for General category and 5 percent relaxation for all reserved categories. The minimum age limit is 17 years as on 01 January 2026 with no upper age limit. The selection process is based on the Combined Entrance Examination followed by merit list and counseling for admission in government and private colleges. Application fee is Rs. 960 for General/EWS/BC/EBC and Rs. 760 for SC/ST/Divyang candidates. CAF fee is also applicable. Candidates are advised to check their merit list carefully and complete the admission formalities as per the schedule.
