Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU) has released the official notification for Spot Admission in Undergraduate (UG) Graduation Degree Courses including B.A, B.Sc and B.Com for the Academic Session 2026-30. This is a 4 year programme under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS). The Spot Admission process is currently open and interested candidates can apply online. The Spot Admission application started on 06 October 2026 and the last date to apply is 08 October 2026. Earlier the regular online application process had started on 25 May 2026 with the last date of 09 June 2026 along with provisions for late fine and correction window. Merit lists were released in stages including 1st Merit List on 25 June 2026 and 2nd Merit List on 18 July 2026. Re-open application window was also provided from 03 August 2026 to 06 August 2026. Candidates who have passed Intermediate or 10+2 from Bihar School Examination Board or any other equivalent recognized board are eligible to apply for the respective streams. Selection is purely based on merit lists prepared by the university. Eligible candidates must visit the official Samarth portal or LNMU website to complete the Spot Admission process by selecting preferred colleges from the vacant seat list.
