Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially released the Answer Key for the Technician recruitment examination under CEN 02/2026. The Computer Based Test for various Technician posts was conducted from 06 October 2026 to 09 October 2026 across multiple centres in India. A total of 6557 vacancies were announced for Technician Grade-I Signal and Technician Grade-III posts. The online application process had started on 30 June 2026 and the last date to submit the application form along with the fee was 29 July 2026. Candidates who appeared in the examination can now check and download their answer key by logging into the official portal using their registration number, enrolment number or date of birth. The answer key has been made available on 15 October 2026. Age limit for the posts is calculated as on 01 July 2026 with a minimum age of 18 years and maximum age of 30 years for Technician Grade-III and 33 years for Technician Grade-I Signal. Eligibility criteria include BE/B.Tech, Engineering Diploma or B.Sc in Engineering for certain posts while Technician Grade-III requires Class 10th with ITI in relevant trade or Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The selection process consists of Computer Based Test followed by Document Verification and Medical Examination. Candidates are advised to download the answer key carefully and raise objections if any within the stipulated time as per the official notice.
