The Social Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh has released the notification for the UP Scholarship 2026-27 scheme. This scholarship is available for students studying in Class 9-10 (Pre-Matric), Class 11-12 (Post-Matric), and Post-Matric courses other than Intermediate including UG, PG, Diploma and Certificate courses. The online application process will remain open from 22 July 2026 to 31 October 2026. Renewal candidates can apply till 15 October 2026 while new candidates have time till 31 October 2026. Scholarship amount is expected to be credited to the bank accounts in January 2027. There is no application fee for any category of candidates. Age limit is not specified and candidates should check the official website for complete details. Only candidates who are permanent residents and domicile of Uttar Pradesh are eligible to apply. Interested students must carefully read the full notification, check eligibility criteria related to previous class qualification and enrollment, prepare the required documents such as mark sheet, caste certificate, income certificate, bank passbook, Aadhaar card and photograph, and submit the online form within the given dates.
